Configuration of PPZ for Remote Mode with no working display

One weakness of the Stag PPZ device programmer is its built-in display. A working display is required to configure the serial settings for remote mode used by the StagCom 1, StagCom 3 and StagView programs.

The video board in the PPZ is separate from the digital boards and connected using a cable with a 3-pin plug. A fellow PPZ owner designed a circuit which converts the signals from the digital boards into a composite video signal for a TV or monitor. Using this I can now document the key presses required to configure the PPZ if the display is not working.
